EDUN specializes in Organic Clothing, Graphic Tees, and Eco Clothing with a mission to drive sustainable employment in developing economies like Africa.  Founded in 2005 by Ali Hewson and Bono.  Edun makes t-shirts that support sustainable socioeconomic development, and here's where you can get yours.

EDUN is a socially conscious clothing company that was launched in the spring of 2005 by Ali Hewson and Bono.  The company's mission is to create beautiful clothing while fostering sustainable employment in developing areas of the world, particularly Africa.

EDUN online was founded on the premise that trade can be a means of building sustainable communities in developing countries and help foster economic growth.  EDUNonline utilizes locally run factories in Africa, South America and India to manufacture its stunning line of clothing and accessories.  EDUN does not build or own any factories.  Clothing from EDUNonline.com is currently produced in Peru, Tunisia, Kenya, India, Mauritius and Madagascar.

Edun LIVE’s mandate is to help foster good-will and trade and to increase long-term sustainable employment in Africa through high-volume sales of blank t-shirts to the wholesale clothing market.  Edun LIVE manufactures 100% African made t-shirts, from "grow to sew" and has a presence in the sub-Saharan nations of Lesotho, Uganda, Mauritius, South Africa and Tanzania.  The company works on a micro-level to help build the skill sets of factories where the clothes are produced.

Organic cotton is not only a responsible environmental solution, but also provides healthier working conditions and is a valuable market opportunity for farmers in Africa. Currently, all of our t-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton.
