Everybody loves popcorn. And, so far, everybody we meet seems to have their own favorite popcorn recipe. Here's one we know that you will go for. Savory "Old Bay" popcorn. The secret ingredient being Old Bay seasoning. This is the spice made by McCormick & Company, and used primarily for seasoning crab, crab cakes and shrimp. Old Bay Seasoning is named after the Old Bay Line, a passenger ship line that plied the waters of the Chesapeake Bay from Baltimore to Norfolk, Virginia, in the early 1900s.

Step One:

If you have one use a good electric hot air corn popper. If you do not have one we can point you in the right direction. They are not expensive. Until you have one make your popcorn the usual way however that is.

Step Two;

When nice hot and fluffy spray the little kernels with an all-natural olive oil based non-stick cooking spray, then sprinkle the Old Bay seasoning to taste; dee-licious!

If you do not use cooking spray for anything you can buy a small plastic spray bottle at the dollar store and fill it with olive oil.

Bon appetit!
