Easter is family time and there's nothing like family Easter games to bring joy and laughs. This article will cover many fun family Easter game ideas.

Easter Board Game Night- Board games are great for Easter. Board games provide laughter combined with light competition which is a great combination to set the mood for a fun Easter get-together. Every family is different, but some good choices are Monopoly, Risk, Scrabble, Scategories, and other mind teasers. Go to your local Walmart and stroll through the game isle, there's tons of choices.

Playing Cards- Poker, Rummy, Texas Holdem, the choices are unlimited. Spades or Hearts make a great family game because it requires working in unions with your partner. Some families may even like to gamble, so hosting a gambling party with $5 pots may be a fun way to spend the time.

Volley Ball- If the weather is decent and the family is the active type, a good Volleyball game might win the crowd over. This of course depends on your guests attire. If Aunt Sally is wearing her church dress, Volleyball might not be the best choice. But if there are young kids and active relatives, Volleyball can provide hours of Easter fun.

Easter Egg Hunt- Kids still love Easter egg hunts. Especially is there are prizes to be won. Setting up an Easter egg hunt is a fun adventure and the preparations are fun in themselves. If you have young children as guests, you don't want to miss out on the Easter egg hunt.

Coloring Contests- If the children are young, you can host coloring contests. Simply pick up a coloring book at your local market and a few packs of crayons. The child who stays in the lines can win a chocolate Easter bunny!  Of course you will have to give constellation prizes to all the children.

A Good Movie- If the weathers going to foul, a good movie always add a comforting feeling. No one likes spending time at someone else's formal house. Honestly, would you rather be trapped in a sitting room, or lounging on the couch watching a movie? There are usually family members who do not participate in games, so having a fresh movie is always a good idea.

An Eating Contest- Arrange an eating contest for Easter, where the participants have to eat as many ears of corn as they can. The winner receives a candy prize. Eating contests provide great fun for the participants and audience.

An Easter Sing Along- Maybe your family is the musical type. if so, maybe a nice Easter sing along will get your family chirping. Pick out some good Easter songs and make some follow charts so the family knows the words.
