Mr Faraday "Charged Up" or lowered a Statically charged ball into a basket and found it Blocked Electro Magnetic Radiation also known as Radio waves.
For this poor interpretation of Magnetic Shielding, Faraday was made famous.

Faraday did not know what 'electricity' is, or Magnetic Fields as a Mono Pole much less Tesla's Wireless electrical transmission theories.

The 'cage' effect must be made of a Conductive material. This is because the Vibrations that constitute 'electricity' as a wireless transmission activating the Air Crystals and are absorbed by conductive materials but pass through non conductive materials.

The Electromagnetic waves of Radio or microwave frequencies that are broadcast through the Air will permeate the entire Air Field so if the bottom of the Faraday cage is not shielded, it doesn't work. The air inside the cage is joined to the air outside in this circumstance.

Just like the 'signal' from the transmitter activates the antenna of the receiving station to make 'electricity' that can be amplified into a 'song', The Faraday cage becomes 'electrified' and this 'changes' the 'signal' or frequency and the cage is SEEN to 'inhibit' the original frequency from entering by altering the frequency. The conductive nature of the cage transduces the vibrations into 'electricity' with a New Elemental Frequency. So we think it blocks it, when in effect its nothing but a change in frequencies. Which is still effective for shielding one from a Nuclear reactor or microwave oven. The original electrical signal frequency is not evident in the cage. This is similar to an insulated fence wire running parallel under a mains transmission line, giving 'free' electricity. They have rules against this sort of free energy harvesting in a Development Application.

As everything has a polarity, including the wire used to make a Faraday cage, Such a 'cage' like wrapping using a single wire to make a Faraday cage, would become 'electrified' by a microwave transmitter nearby or any background 'radiation'. Such a cage could become an Electro-magnetic frequency 'collector' or a 'battery' where the ends of the wire become the terminals of a battery.

The correct understandings of the dynamics of Electrical vibrations and the correct Physics of the Faraday cage, is required for magnetic Shielding and Force Fields or Shields Up Spock, The electrification of a conducting cage around a 'craft' instead of an exterior or interior electro static electrification like Faraday showed in his experiment is an opposite and equal application of this Faraday cage effect.

To use Mono Pole 'electricity' we can then get what could be called, gravity shielding. A North Pole Bias powered Faraday cage may float.

Iron is attracted to a Magnet. Not the other way around. A neutral Plate thats charged by two mono poles will not generate 'electricity' or eddy currents vibrations. Only the magnet itself generates Vibrations in the copper wires surrounding the iron core inside the coiled copper.

Understanding Magnetic shielding will make most any theoretical over unity magnet motor actually work. It clearly has other applications that you will not even begin to understand if your thoughts are ... its all electrons Jim but not as we know them. for the Star Trekkies.

The theory is, that we live in a 'particle' based universe that has no 'magnetics' or 'electrics' about its construct. This limits creativity when Maxwell's publishing enterprises (think Gislaine Maxwell of Epstein island fame) introduced 'Peer Review' as a determinati0on as to what can be included in a 'theory'.
Many inventors still think particle electrons are responsible for ALL electronic phenomena they try to overcome in over unity experiments. To this end, it appears they continue to fail with fake theories as their template.

Matter or mass or just plain material 'phases' is pure 'energy'. It is a Light Structure matrix. It is entirely magnetic in nature.
A bullet hitting a vest made of 'impervious' material acts like a Magnetic Shield.
The bullet is an energetic construct. Its speed is related to its 'energy' as is its Matrix Structure related to its Field Strength.
Kevlar has a 'lessor' field strength than lead.
Field strength is related to its magnetic construct.
Increase the Field Strength by Charging Up the 'vest' or hull of a ship will increase the 'shielding' effect. If we equate this to marbles more closely or more densely packed as the Imperviouseness' of the object we fail to see the true nature of Matter.
A Faraday cage makes the 'inside' of the cage impervious to Vibrating forces. It literally stops another 'Field' from entering.
A Lead bullet is a FIELD comprising of Light crystals vibrating at a particular Frequency.
Magnetic Shielding is only applying the right Frequency to inhibit unwanted Frequencies.

Because there is no understanding of this Field around a Magnet or the Field around a Lead bullet or a copper tube with a magnet falling through it, we do not see the impervious nature of the shield surrounding Magnetic Fields of any object much less a magnet.

A lead bullet for example is, on this magnetic sphere we call 'earth', a South Pole orientated Field. Most everything is here. A few exceptions are making a gas with the Negative electrode, water charged by the earths Fields and rising to the top of a mountain as spring water. A highly charge North pole Field surrounding a 'vest' or hull would inhibit or repel such an opposite charged mass.

It begins with the understanding of the Creation of Mono Pole Fields and the 4 phases of magnetism or electricity. The radio wave frequency or wireless electric current passing through the 'air crystals', changes PHASE when it interacts with a mesh or skin or hull of such a 'cage'. Very High Frequency made a ship 'disappear' in Philadelphia.

Such a fully charged up vest will just absorb lead into its 'Field' like dye in a glass of water. Its the same Principle. Its all the same Light Structure universe with the only 'variations' being the Magnetic bias and Field strength and thus Frequency of the Vibrations.

Do not fall for Maxwells conspiracy theories if it fails his Peer review. Maxwell also prints or printed damn near every textbook used in western education since the '70's.

Now that we know how to create 4 different 'polarities' of electricity with a car battery by where we place the terminal 'connection' on the outside plates in a battery, and that a Faraday cage can be electrified to give us 'shielding' of a different kind, we can use this in a Space Suit for Bio Enhancement. I would recommend using Platinum as the metal threads or sheet to make the suit but the expense prohibits. Silver was used in the past and will give us enough of an effect we might want to upgrade to Pt.
North Pole Negative is the polarity of electricity we need for this experiment. Encase the body in a North Pole Field.
A magnet orientated with the North Pole facing a box of worms will see them flourish. South Pole end facing the worms will eventually kill them all. If the Suit is powered up via the Terminals in the gloves it would be very beneficial. This is why little green men are seen with a metallic shin suits. It might induce anti gravity effects like the gas made from the Negative North Pole electrode that is 'pushed' upwards. and one could be a star in basketball.

The last 3 months i have been pre-occupied with local elections. Mayor etc.

When the Iron Rod comes out of the furnace as a long length, the end coming out first is North Pole.
Everything has a Polarity. EVERYTHING as it is made with Light Structures and they have 'polarity'.
Given 6 structures of Light make an "atom" or water Crystal, every point of the Tetrahedron has 3 ends or Polarities coming together. This is inherently "Unstable" and gives Rise to The Everything Vibrates. As in Energy, Frequency and Vibration.
This inherent Vibration sets up a Field of Vibrations around the 'object' or Water Crystal.
The Field then also has a Polarity.

The 'flat plate' in the car battery, where there are dozens of them are grouped in 6 Cells.
This flat Plate has a Polarity.
If 'they' knew which side of the Plate was which, they could make a better battery. But they just slap a bunch of plates together and immerse them in acid cause that works good enough.

So in a car battery, we only need to look at the very TWO outside plates. The one that the Positive Terminal and Negative Terminal is 'joined' to.

We see that these terminal 'Posts' are connected to the top of the plates. This gives us a COMBINED polarity of Vibration of either Positive or Negative.

But each side of the Plate itself has a Polarity. So by re manufacturing or re soldering this terminal post to one side or the other of these end plates instead of at the 'top' will have a POLARITY BIAS in the Vibrations that constitute "electricity".

The Very outside of these 2 plates are ++ and -- OR Positive Positive or Negative Negative. Attached at the top we have actually Pos Neg with a Bias AND a Neg Pos with a Bias.

But to attach to either the INNER or OUTER side of the Plate removes this Bias or amalgamation of Polarities.

So we Attach the Negative Terminal to the OUTSIDE of the Plate on the Negative side of the battery, rather than the Top of the plate to give us a 'true' Neg Neg polarity from this Negative post or terminal on the battery.

On the Positive side of the battery, we attach the positive terminal POST to the INSIDE of the Plate (rather than the outside or the top) where it has a NEGATIVE bias already, and we have a NEGATIVE Positive battery vibrational energy. In effect we create TWO NEGATIVE TERMINALS on the Battery but it BEHAVES exactly like any other battery, unless you want to play with the Field Effect that causes a Vapor to be repelled away from the earth. This controlled Magnetic Bias is what ANTI GRAVITY is all about.

It is this rewiring of a battery, and using it in a Coil, that gives us the MAGIC we want in Cold Fusion experiments.
This Coil could be silver threads in a carpet that floats away with the wind.

If a Faraday cage was made as a Coil windings and powered with a Double Negative Battery, sheet would happen unlike you have ever seen.

I dont recommend playing with a Double Positive Battery as this is the EXPLOSIVE energies or Expansion energies of Walter Russell.
Tesla also only Played with Double Negative (cold Fusion) as this is THE ONLY WAY TO BUILD AN OVER UNITY GENERATOR to manufacture Aetheric, Non Hertzian, Scalar, Zero Point Energies. This is where the MAGIC happens. This is what you are looking for.

The double negative battery that sits on the bench at Joe's house, was FIRST Flattened by normal use, and then Modified.
When you leave the car headlights on and 'flatten' your battery, ONLY the POSITIVE 'side' is Flat. The NEGATIVE side GOES WAY UP to 'compensate'.

So a Flat Battery has already an excess of Negative Vibrations. To start your car after leaving the Lights on, TAKE a COIL like a TEST LIGHT and connect the 2 battery terminals together and this 'equalizes' the battery and the car will start like a full battery with no need to charge it first or jumper leads.

This Flat battery is IDEAL to use to re-position the terminal post connections inside the battery as it is Highly Negative to start with and is 'ready' to preform MAGIC.
The flat battery that was 'modified' has never gone flat in the 5 years since Joe modified it. Yet it will 'test' flat. This modified battery is the MOST IDEAL (not essential but 'better') to use with the LG smart drive motor as the 'Ballast' and source of 'pulsed' AC (from the 12 to 240V inverter) to initiate the Pulsed AC effect needed to Drive the LG Motor. This 2 rotating Magnetic Fields MUST have a North Pole Bias to INTERFACE with the Aether Energy Grid where the Scalar Non Hertzian energy derives from. Joe achieves this by just TOUCHING the apparatus and 'changing' the entire Motors 'polarity'.

I gave Joe a Magnetic Polarity tester 'pen'. Hold the 'pen' to a permanent magnet, at it tell you which face is North or Negative. Joe sat there and showed me how to flip the poles on a Magnet and the Pen showed South Pole as North. He did this by WILL POWER and INTENT of his Magnetic Field over-riding the magnets Field. This again is Emotos Mind over Matter by someone who is Adept in such things. By knowing the Polarity of the items we are using in a motor/generator, we do not need this ability to REALIGN the Fields that Joe has.

A double Negative Battery sees the Vibrations 'Flow" in an electrical Circuit "DIFFERENTLY". This was demonstrated as the wire coming from the Negative terminal is split into a "Y" or two wires. Each 'wire' will light up brake Light bulbs in a pattern rather than all at once. Words simply cant explain it. The Physics to explain this just hasn't entered the Psych of the Planet yet except here at mooker.com and some secret military research labs.

It is highly unlikely anyone can reproduce this from just the Theory. Even I am struggling, But now that the re-educating election campaign is over (I lost) I will get back to how the average Joe can do this.

One doesnt have to take a battery apart and modify it to get these other Phases of Electricity for experimental purposes but this is the BEST method for an "Over Unity Battery." Now there's a new concept.
It can be done by hooking multiple batteries together and knowing where to "TAP INTO" each Phase.
I gave the polarity of all items in a Cell construction for a reason. This multiple Cell construction ( a couple batteries connected in series) utilizes this knowing where to tap off each Phase if one considers the connecting lead that joins the 2 batteries in series.
