Well, nuclear fusion is mentioned in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RIuGbHb_b-s&t=1332s  and the guy says this:

The biggest challenge for nuclear fusion right now
22:13
is to be able to show first that it can create net power,
22:18
which is power plants that produce more power
22:20
than they consume in creating nuclear fusion reactions.
22:24
That's only been shown to work
22:25
in a lab setting a few times now.
22:27
It has never been shown in a commercial scale plant.

Not commenting on the capacitor theory, but on the particular quote above:

I'll go on record and say without hesitation that I don't give a crap about " violating the conservation of energy" law. I'm looking to turn that "LAW" on it's head and prove it's quackery..

That is not problem, because I don't believe in classic "law of conservation of energy " - that is the reason I do research and experiments  Guests cannot see images in the messages. @ Andy,
You're clearly thinking creatively and testing something real. That’s awesome.
So let me ask:
What exactly are you observing/Testing?
Do you have waveforms, current/voltage measurements, or even just anecdotal behavior (e.g., “it lights a bulb longer than expected”)?

I’d love to dive into the details with you.
Maybe you are onto something new—or maybe you're seeing something weird that's explainable but still super cool.

One of the principles used in DSE

Same current regardless of the frequency

from https://energy4all.ru/index.html#030921

Imagine step-up transformer from 12V to 1000V, creating pulses at 10kHz. It consumes some energy.
You get 10 000 times spike of 1000V. You can do something with each 1000V spike

What happens, when you change the frequency? to 50kHz?
You get 50 000 times spike of 1000V. You will get 5 times more spikes. But the power consumption is still the same.
