Replicate this if you want to see a free energy device for your self

Why do people need to log in, in order to see some of
the items on this forum ?

Another note on the Twist Drive.
The force required / applied in order to initiate and then
to continue the opening of the gap between the sliding
magnet and the rotating magnet (during the reset), decreases
as the sliding magnet gets farther from the rotating magnet.
That force drops off to zero before the gap opening has
been completed.

Little Johnny visits this forum and downloads a PDF for a combustion engine modification.  Johnny ends up blowing his fingers off his hands.
Now if little Johnny was required to click a check box that he read and accepted the terms of use before he attempted to modify the engine, a court of law may determine The liability for such an unfortunate accident lands on Little Johnny for attempting to do something when he had fair warning beforehand.
Regarding the twist drive, I am thinking over what you say and present.  But I still do not have a clear picture of what the resetting device would look like.

The sign in the grocery store parking lot says,,,

"We will not be held responsible
for damage or theft to vehicles
parked here"

Does that mean the grocery store cannot be found
in a legal suit, to be responsible for some thing that occurs
in that parking lot ?

No.

It most often means that the grocery store's insurance provider
makes the posting of such signage a prerequisite to their selling
insurance to the grocery store.

Why ?

Because, although the sign is untrue, statistically it has been shown
that the sign will cause fewer people to bring a complaint.

On the humane side of things.
1. Do the signs actually help prevent people from getting hit by a car while in a parking lot ?
No.
2. Does access only through joining a forum reduce the number of blown off fingers ?
No.

Where does that leave us ?

The phrase "Angel donors" brings to my mind,
the phrase "green coal".

Say some one has a million dollars in a liquid form (cash), and this "angel" gives
a thousand to a free energy developer (no strings attached).
Yea right / ha.
What a gracious and magnanimous person and gesture.
Wow, that's like giving one whole dime out of a hundred dollar bill !
Golly mister !
$100.00 / 0.10 = 1,000
$1,000,000 / 1,000 = 1,000
Same ratio.

On the humor side of things.

Third party harm is not the same.

Bring your kids to a trampoline park. I guarantee you are signing a piece of paper before your kids can bounce.

One could be found negligent if proper warnings are not given.

I could keep Rusty machinery outside in my field. I have no sign warning people that there is danger there. A passerby doesn't see the rusty machinery behind the overgrown foliage, and injures himself.  Even if he is a trespasser, I could be held  Negligent for the injury.

But if I had a sign that warned people there is Rusty machinery and a hazard in that location,  most likely the liability is shifted away from me.

This isn't the 1980s anymore. The Karens have taken over the world. Lol

But this forum really isn't to discuss legal matters.

I will check out the overunity site tonight when I get back to a real computer.

In a nut shell.
One can simply black box the Twist Drive.
This means that for a short time one sees / thinks of the Twist Drive as
simply being a black box with two strings that hang from beneath it.

This means that for the present, one simply discards the hows and the whys
something does what it ever it does.

As I have mine configured at the moment,
my black box lifts 160 units of weight from a height of zero, to a height of 40 units of height.
It does this when I hang 145 of those same units of weight upon the other string and / as those 145
weight units proceed to fall a total of 22 of those same units of distance.

When I remove the lighter of the two weights, after it has lowered to the bottom of its fall,
the object that has a weight of 160 weight units, falls / returns to its original / low position.
I can do this repetitively, over and over.

Hey floor, have you thought about a twist drive either end of a shaft? Seems you're onto something that needs reciprocation.

See my first motor project that got me into this hobby.  Took me months to figure it out.  Kinda like you describe.

That and just about a gazillion other ways to fool around with it.

I haven't built an electric motor from scratch, really, since i was just a kid.
   but
I figure such a simple over unity device as the twist drive is pretty good
on its own / was a good run for my money.

I enjoy the occasional really tough challenge.

Partial quote from JimMac

The end of that Quote.

you do some really good quality builds.

I don't know what you figured out in those months, but I seem to have missed
out on your communication, as to what it was or is, that you figured out.

quote
"Kinda like you describe."
Quote's end

Cows are kinda like whales to.
But that is about as close as your
comparison of your first motor project comes to being
"kinda like"
the Twist Drive.

The action seems pretty close to me.
