Marinov Generator
#1
One of the most controversial patents, despite device being built and nobody proved wrong anything this concept has been dismissed by mainstream science without any logical explanition.

I have been fortunate to get my hands on some interesting suggestions from an academic forum and I am happy to share.

Please see attached file for an improved solution. If anyone have an interest in this and can suggest some off the shelf components for replicate is much appreciated.

How does one get their hands on some of those gas-containing donut-shaped tubes? That seems rather exotic.

Or can it work with an induction light like this too?

It might be what I was looking for, thanks for help … but the price is a problem. I only need a neon/fluorescent circular tube filled with gas, no need for induction coils around the tube as they can be lit up wireless with coils outside the tube and not changing circular motion around the magnet inside … but now thinking about this I wonder if a simple coil around the magnet could do the same at high frequency?

Next year I’ll have a go on it … quite similar with some setups on youtube ?

Marinov is one of the best.  This experiment sounds worthy and I do hope you share the results with us.

I would also go for some neon, tried shaping a neon tube once (emphasis on tried) and it seems to me it is quite possible to have it in the shape you need either by shaping it yourself or having someone make it for you.

Sounds to me like a cool thing to try that I haven't seen out there.

Yes, neon tubes would be perfect to replace mechanical parts with plasma and eliminate all friction. The working principle is brilliant and having a working device would prove all mainstream science fans …

No wonder why mercury has been declared so dangerous and not even some labs can get it legally.

Liquid metal at room temperature -> no friction, no need for bearings … easiest way to prove OU and FE.
