The JoeCell designed water Cells are for those who want to learn this Mastery over Matter or at least understand it.
If its just 'free energy' one is looking for, this mindset may be the single reason so many fail to achieve it.
There are 2 types of free or over unity energy. Mechanical and Aetheric. Tesla, Keely and Joe found the Aetheric and academia consider it to be taboo to the point of being a death penalty. Why? Because it leads to a Belief in a Higher 'source' or God if you will. To ask God to cure my Chrones whilst sticking her Hands in a JoeCell, saw Kathy instantly 'qured'. By the power of God or Saint Michael or whomever, I command the holy spirit to make this blind man see again. This is literally how its done when one is a Master at ESP abilities or the Aetheric Energies. This will be explained in a further Missive when using a JoeCell to transmute water into oil, kerosene, Tea Tree oil but not yet actually done, WINE. If the Bio Field has such sufficient strength and Will power, the hands like the alligator clips from the car battery, can take a Furcon of offal and be turned into Wine. I have now mounted this Double Cell and plumbed it into the mains.
If you look closely the M, E and F, they mean, Magnetic Cell, Electric Cell and a Filter.
It has not yet been 'activated' or water run through it. I need more clarification from Joe as to how its 'programmed' by the procedure of connecting the car battery to the electric Cell. After which I can think of a 100 EXPERIMENTS to conduct regarding its Magnetic Memory and how to use it.
A 'similar' magnetic Cell was built in 2007 and its initial trial was to take dirty (very) river water and pump it into a farmers orchard spray tank and then 'treat' it by recycling some of the water back into the tank. Like the Desalination Cell, everyone asked where the 'dirt' (or salt) went. This memory programming of the tank was not known then and it wasnt discovered until several months later, when the farmer tried to pour chemical into the tank of clean water, as fast as he poured the chemical into the tank, the water 'Purified' the chemical back into fresh pure water. He had to buy a new tank. One could take SS buckets and 'treat' them this way and sell buckets to clean up water overnight. This 'memory' of North Pole Clean up magnetism may be transferred into the person drinking this water from the SS Bucket. So we have a Med Bath, a Med Bed (they say) and now a Med Water Bucket and of course the Med Hand Cell.
With Magnetic Water flowing through the garden mains (to water trees etc and the house) another experiment is to place 'pickup' coils along the mains pipes to collect the 'electricity' created by billions of Magnetic Water Crystals passing a iron core copper collector placed along the pipe.
There is more to over unity than magnets and coils as made with just copper and iron.

Help me understand correctly , from my studies on Tesla he went to great lengths to rid or refine his energy fields of this sticky substance called magnetic current. I'm confused by the rotational magnetic term ? I thought the longitudinal wave was a impulse energy packet in the void of magnetism?

To understand this experiencing the Duality of our universe we look to the Ancient philosophies about Universal Existence. Many Mystics and prophets also give this similar view.
 
The Universal Matrix is a Lattice Cube, but in a bubble like or fluid water droplet like shape.
This cubical nature is a 3D Grid pattern of tooth pick like structures forming this Hollow structure of ENERGY grid. The Grid Vibrates. This 3D Tapestry is like the Circuit board in a computer for Physical or electrical energy to move, rest and amalgamate upon. Physical Existence or matter as we see it, is separate to this Aetheric Energy Grid.
 
Given MEMORY is Held in Magnetic Vibrations (like a credit card) It is called by some Belief systems as the Akashic Records. The Memory of the Vibrations of a physical lifetime is held within the 3D Tapestry Magnetic Energy Grid also known as ‘Heaven’. The Astral plane is only another “level” in the multi-level universe or Octaves of Existence. We only need to ‘know’ about the one above us (Astral) and the one below us (hell). When you have been to either, the next level will be available. It is a Game of Life. The entire universe is made from “structures’ of Light and they are very tiny ‘bar magnets’.
 
The physical “attachment” point of your body or any lump of physical matter, is its Neutral Centre in Aetheric Physics terms. This Silver Cord as its called in the Astral Realm is how “Life is Animated”. One derives one’s Conscious as a Point Attachment from the Aether Energy Grid. John Keely called it the Neutral Centre of any object. So we have a basic understanding of how this Universe is Made from a single magnetic structure of Light. These Light structures form Tetrahedrons and the shape they take from their Vibrations we call ‘elements’. It could be said that given a Rock or a plant has the same Neutral Centre Attachment from which they derive Life and Consciousness, they are ALL equally as smart when ‘born’. Some of have more Sensory perceptions than others and learn faster. Plants don’t have eyes but we do. Fish dont have 3rd eyes but we do. Our Race or Creation Memory is greater. Your body may die, but the memory of your vibrations goes on forever. It’s a function of this Light Crystal Universe.
 
We now come to what is this conscious ‘Spark” that ‘we’ call ‘ourselves’ in this Lifetime. As ALL is derived from the Aether and all exists ON the Aether, The ‘spark’ that forms the ‘bridge’ or join between the physical and the Aether Grid is the ‘You’. I was told that all the ‘sparks’ that form Neutral Centres would fit in the palm of one Hand of the Ones who put it all together. I was told that our Universe is 3rd of 8. So it is much older than anyone can fathom.
 
This ‘spark’ that is You is a Forever Spark. It comes and goes from the Aether as per a ‘clockwork’ like program that serves as the Blue Print for The Light Machine we call our Universe. This is why some can look into the Future. The Great Game is we get to have a social credit score called Karma that allows us to pick and choose our sex and family and technically, a Pre Ordered lifetime to experience. As in ‘It has been Pre Ordained’ … it is ‘our Destiny’, you cant stop ‘Fate’ when your ‘Number is up’. The Books edited from our own bible support this as do many other ‘religious’ texts.
 
It is the ‘usual’ for Souls or Spirits or sparks, to come back to those that we are familiar with like a ‘family’ and be brother and sister, or wife and husband or mother and child. You really did and still do want to share experiences with people we had a lovely time with. Satan exists to destroy this ‘family’ based learning system with tranny sex and no one knows their parents anymore and so reincarnation is taught as a myth. All these things would be a ‘natural’ for you if you weren’t so brainwashed at birth with false doctrines about the Universe.
 
Myself like most people, prefer to be born the same sex. This mixing and matching gives rise to “’Sparks” remembering too much of their previous existences and feel they are born in the wrong body. Humans have been subjected to genetic modifications in the past (Pharmakeia) just like the Vaxx changed the humans to have reptilian snake venom DNA. Our ‘memory functions’ have been mostly ‘deleted’ so we have no memory of our past reincarnation at birth, but some still do !!!  The Vaxx damages the Pineal Gland as discovered in Italian Autopsies leaving the Vaxxed even further from remembering anything or searching for anything from the Akashic Records like Edgar Cayce.
