There are many such similar motors that can be used like ceiling fans and other smaller washing machine motors. I pulled these apart to examine them.
The Metal Hub of the LG is a huge part of the 'equation'.
Its not about the Winding per say, its the interaction of every component in a Field Device.
Its the 'plastic' hub that stops the Fysher Paykel motor from running, not the ratio of coils to magnets in the Hub. (edit) This plastic Hub traps EDDY currents and interferres with a 'unified Field'.
This substituting or replacing or changing a JoeCell design by experimenters is the PRIMARY reason for the 99% failure rate with JoeCells.
The LG modification becomes a JoeCell design.

Agreed. What I'm trying to get to is how do we arrive at these particular shapes required.
For example, a magnetor (something I'm very keen to play with) has a simple describeable shape with a lot of its effects (mostly unseen) coming down to size, composition and the amount of holes - this is a little simplistic, but I am trying to keep it simple so I can better understand how little elements like this, complete the whole. A magnetor in a Joe cell could be quite interesting.

Yes, it's always been the case that certain off the shelf products can be modified as they've been engineered (quite possibly subsconciously) as a device to harness source in some way. Which is why as you said above that there is much failure with modification when something has been discovered to work a certain way.

BUT... Joe can't be the only one to be able to make these types of devices (kit form or otherwise) - divine providence is one thing, but we can't all be calling to God everytime we want to get the new generator started. I will admit that he may be one of very few to be able to repair them however.

That's exactly my point, if there were suddenly an extreme shortage of anything that could be modified off-the-shelf, what practical principles can you impart, for us to employ, to understand the shapes required to mate with a ring of electromagnets? Or we do we identically replicate LG washer motors forever more?

From a practical view, I'm asking these questions in an effort to make it more accessible to anyone who wants to get building AND wants to learn, BUT is lacking resources. Coils, cores, magnets.... easy. Prefabbed shapes... not so easy.

Interesting design that magnetor. It is an example of ring magnets on a acrylic pipe that allows one to see real effects of the Non Physical Phenomena Tesla so wanted us to study for at least a decade (the Wave forms) Joe has built 2 slightly different Generators using that very Magnetor design. Aluminium pipes with 'groves', one inside the other and a ring magnet or 2 strategically placed. Apart from the water Cell that had lightning jump around the shed, these were his next most spectacular displays of Lightning. His latest Vacuum Cell has exceeded all expectations. This ring magnet pipe generator has one moving part.
I cant help you with other designs that might be DIY. I dont know of any that I can build so I cant tell you and it isnt my Intellectual Property to give away.
This design build is cheap. I understand it. I have a help line. In times of scarcity, there will be no copper wire. There may not be anything. Recycling is a Bolshevik Licensing control mechanism to stop cottage industry. The first one is always the most expensive. A used machine initially, is the way to go...

Uni... Yes that is the exact motor.
I have stated a couple times now to buy the complete washing machine.
You need the spline assembly with bearings and shaft. The spline configuration is unique and there's nothing like it anywhere in the world (shocker) and you will need a spline with bearings to make the rotor and stator SPIN. I have heard of people taking months to have an engineering shop make a shaft when the one in the machine does nicely after machining the spokes off in a Lathe. I saved the SS tub to make a Fire Pit to burn rubbish in the back yard. Global warming is a hoax as the earths magnetic Fields in combination with the Wind vortexing, turns CO2 into PURE breathable Wind.
Joe and I pulled the motor and drum assembly which was still attached to the tub, from the machine and left the frame on the sidewalk. We used just 2 screw drivers a pocket knife and a pair of pliers. I used a cordless cutoff disc on an angle grinder to trim off what I didnt need and lathed the aluminium hub of its 3 spokes. Used a 12 in piece of PVC Pipe and used silicone to attach it to the Motor for a base.
It was a 7.5 kg front loader LG. The pictures in post 5 in this thread show what the stainless steel tub looks like with its 3 'spokes'. This picture is the only identifier its the right machine.
Save the drain water pump as they are DC magnet motors and using several of them one can make an over unity generator. (I bought several more on ebay and this project sits as bits in a box) You can see it in the SS tub pic. 3 times Joe has explained how to build it. I got Leptosporosis from the mouse plague last year and it nearly killed me. Taking a long time to recover even with a Vacuum Cell. It has a high kill rate apparently and is one of the pathogens used in Ukraine to make bio weapons. Thank you crack head Hunter.

Cool, thanks for the confirmation. I've seen replacement shafts etc for sale, so for $45 it is a starting point. Especially now that I've got my head around what we're trying to achieve.

Yes, anything you discover will be 'yours'. Joe and I do not want any 'credit' as the one supplying the IP. Please dont even mention us. It is presented just so you will do it as a Quest.
Many have tried this motor build and to my knowledge no one has cracked it yet, mostly due to the wrong choice like Samsung or fysher paykel. Joe's samsung motor was an English or UK made machine and was 'industrial strength' if any pommies are reading this they may be able to find one from 2 decades ago. Joe sourced his, like all other components in his inventions from the scrap dealers. They ring him up if they see anything he might be interested in.
